What you are buying

The World Cup Pass is a one-time purchase of digital access for the 2026 tournament. AI credit add-ons are prepaid digital credits that are consumed when you use the AI features. Everything is delivered electronically and made available immediately after payment.

Digital content and your right of withdrawal

The World Cup Pass and AI credits are digital content that is delivered and made available immediately after payment. By purchasing, you ask us to provide access straight away and acknowledge that you therefore lose the EU 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins.

Because access is granted the moment your payment completes, purchases are generally non-refundable, except as set out below or where the law requires otherwise.

Goodwill refunds

Beyond your legal rights, we want you to be happy. If something is not working as described, or you were charged in error or twice, email us and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.

AI credits

Used AI credits are non-refundable because the service has already been delivered. Unused credits can be refunded on request within a reasonable period of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email fantalenssupport@gmail.com from the address on your account, with your purchase reference if you have it. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
