Who we are

FantaLens ("we", "us") is an independent, unofficial Fantasy World Cup 2026 analytics tool available at fantalens.com. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA.

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it. For any privacy question you can reach us at fantalenssupport@gmail.com.

What we collect

Account data: when you create an account we store your email address, a nickname and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Payment data: purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your purchases (product, amount, date and a Stripe reference) to provide the service and meet accounting obligations.

Usage and device data: like most sites we collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring source, partly through cookies and analytics.

How we use your data

To create and secure your account, provide the projections and tools you ask for, and remember your preferences and favourites.

To process payments for the World Cup Pass and any AI credit add-ons, and to send you transactional emails such as email verification and password resets.

To understand how the site is used, improve it, and measure the performance of our advertising.

Legal bases (GDPR)

We process account and payment data to perform our contract with you. We rely on our legitimate interests to keep the service secure, to understand how it is used, and to measure our advertising. You can object to these uses, or opt out of analytics and advertising cookies through your browser settings and Google’s ad settings, at any time.

Service providers we share data with

Stripe (payment processing), Loops (transactional email delivery), Google Analytics and Google Ads (usage measurement and advertising), and our hosting provider Laravel Cloud (infrastructure).

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and may be located outside the EU/EEA. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account or ask us to erase your data, we remove it except where we must keep limited records (for example, purchase records for tax and accounting).

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email fantalenssupport@gmail.com and we will respond within the time required by law.

If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

FantaLens is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
